Micro peristaltic pump with a 500 motor with precious metal brushes, which drives the rollers (three rollers) after deceleration, alternately squeezes the silicone tube to transport liquids. The characteristic of peristaltic pumps is that they transport high pressure but low flow rate. Due to the high conveying pressure, peristaltic pumps are suitable for transporting viscous/non viscous liquids, such as ink or other viscous liquids. The upper cover plate of this batch of peristaltic pumps is transparent, which looks quite good.
The peristaltic pump has a three roller structure, with the lower half of the three rollers being gears. The (large) gears on the three rollers and the small gears on the motor shaft form a reduction ratio, which is a relatively new design. The characteristic of a peristaltic pump is its small flow rate but strong delivery pressure. When the voltage is DC12V, its outlet pressure is even stronger. However, a peristaltic pump cannot be as quiet as a diaphragm pump when pumping water, as it may experience shaking. Therefore, it is recommended to fix the pump before use.
